Data room & diligence
Stage 04 of 06
Documents stored once, and reused by every valuation after.
Upload what you have. Files carrying figures feed the valuation directly; the rest are filed, searchable, and shareable by link. Nothing has to be re-uploaded for the next run, and client documents are never used to train models.
01 · What it does
Diligence is a document problem before it is an analytical one. The same statements get emailed four times, the version a buyer is working from is not the version you sent, and the request list is a spreadsheet that nobody has updated since Tuesday.
A data room attached to the valuation solves the part that matters most:
The numbers being argued over and the documents they came from are in the same place, and each figure already knows which page produced it.
Filed on arrival
Documents are classified as they land, statements, tax filings, contracts, correspondence, rather than dumped into one folder to be sorted later.
Shared by link
Give a buyer, a lender, or an accountant access to a folder without sending anything by email.
Re-run from what is there
The next valuation for the same business starts from the documents already stored, and shows what changed since the last one.
02 · In the product
One folder per business, analysed and ready to re-run.

03 · Confidentiality
Your documents are yours.
Client documents are never used to train models. Access is yours to grant and to revoke, and a shared link can be withdrawn without disturbing anything else on the record.
For an advisor holding several clients’ material at once, each business is its own compartment: a folder shared with one buyer exposes nothing else in the account.
Bring the documents you already have.
We will tell you what is usable, what is missing, and what it would produce.
